New Beginnings…

Whether you are buying your first home, downsizing or purchasing an investment property, I can help.

Keep your options open when searching for a property. Look at all the properties available in your price range and make a list of questions to take with you to viewings.

Be prepared

Secure your mortgage in principle before you start viewings. This will show you can afford a property and put you in a stronger buying position.

Not sure where to start? Don’t just go to your bank, try at least 2 experienced mortgage brokers also in order to get the best rate. If you need assistance I can happily recommend a highly experienced broker for you.

Appoint a conveyancer so all your I.D checks are done in advance. This will show you won't cause delays with applications and increase your chances of having an offer accepted.

Appoint a good conveyancer to guide you through the legal process without unnecessary delay. Once again I will be happy to help and introduce a highly qualified conveyancer to you.

Be the first to hear about new properties listed

It is important to register your details so you are the first to know when new properties are listed.

Put yourself in a strong buyers position

Avoid being in a chain if you can. If you put in a good offer you will more than likely be preferred to a chain buyer that puts in a similar bid. Selling before you buy will put you in a stronger bidding position.

Have a property to sell or let out?

If you have a property to sell or let out, then I can organise a valuation for you and get you in a position to buy. Get in touch if you're looking to book a valuation.
