Hackney property prices have increased exponentially over the last decade. Looking back over the last year, properties in Hackney had an overall average price of £724,850. The majority of these sales were flats, which sold for an average price of £583,933. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,178,133, with semi-detached properties fetching £1,315,128. Overall, sold prices in Hackney over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 6% up on the 2019 peak of £683,881.
